Construction system based on different extruded clay blocks that feature a hollow section that can be used to create an air space for erecting cavity walls.

It is an alternative for building two separate brick layers, with the consequent savings. By controlling the circulation of air in the cavity, it is possible to reduce the airflow in the northern façades or during cold weather, increasing energy performance. The geometry of the block also boosts noise attenuation. There is a thinner version for use in partitions, which can hold facility pipes without having to open channels in the wall.

The mesh fabric is cut with high accuracy in a plotter for patterns and assembled to the edge of the frame, where it is protected by a lid with a concealed fixing system. The tensioning system does not distort neither or mesh nor frame, and does not open the mitre joints avoiding excessive tension or breakage. It is complemented with systems that allow the opening of racks, for aesthetic reasons, and for maintenance or cleaning of the textile surface or the façade behind.

P29-v1Lightweight self-compacting fiber-reinforced concrete specially designed for the renovation of old floor slabs built with unidirectional beams and ceramic slabs. The fiber content makes it possible to dispense with the traditional rebar mesh and the thickness can be reduced up to 3 cm. When combined with its low density (1500-2000 kg/m3) due to the use of lightweight aggregates, the overloads added to the structure are kept to a minimum. It is a pumpable concrete, self-compacting (there is no need to vibrate it) and self-levelling.

The basis is a three-dimensional mesh of galvanized steel where insulating panels are clamped over to create a space for pouring concrete on. They are made to measure from the project CAD documentation and they are supplied on site with the appropriate geometry, including all window and door openings.
